Cancellation Policy
A card on file is required to reserve all appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your scheduled service. Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours’ notice, based on availability.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being forfeited. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service total.
Studio rental payments are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with at least 48 hours’ notice, based on availability.
